The 7,462m2 building is Countrywide Group’s biggest development to date, which reinforces our commitment to the city and in particular, Victoria Street. This is Countrywide Group’s seventh project on Victoria Street, and we continue to invest in this location because it has become such a desirable home for businesses and there is a lot of demand for more space here.

Christchurch accountancy firm, Nexia, has taken the top floor and Alliance Group, NZ Merino and Pacific Radiology fill the remaining floors. A sun-drenched boulevard on the north side of the ground floor is undergoing a rejuvenation but will still include existing hospitality favourites You Hanoi Me and Coffee Traders.
