This fully-renovated and re-designed building was refurbished by Countrywide Group to 100% of new building standard. Featuring a spectacular glass façade, it provides an ultra-modern visual appearance and is a striking landmark on Victoria Street.

Countrywide Group bought the earthquake-damaged 3,438m2 building and completed a major refurbishment and strengthening programme in 2014. The refurbishment project transformed the building into a stunning, modern structure with plenty of natural light and a contemporary fit-out. As well being stripped back to the framing and almost completely renovated, the building was also extended at the front and rear to give more space to all the floors, which are around 700m2 in size.
